The hotel was just a short walk from the metro. The breakfast was really nice, with plenty of coffee and pastries available throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a budget trip!
We often opted for the stairs instead.

Pleasant no-frills hotel with friendly staff and clean, basic rooms. Breakfast was a basic croissant/bread roll/coffee combination with options of toast and jam, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt and orange juice - fairly meagre for 7 Euros but tasty. Shower was great - full mains water power and easy to operate.

the hotel was lovely small and modern, it exceeded all expectations, i greatly enjoyed its excellant location just next door to most important metro lines, main railway station of paris and 2 railways stations gare de l' est and gare du nord.

Friendly multilingual staff.
I also faced challenges with the bathroom amenities as they were not up to standard. On top of that, the noise from the outdoor courtyard area interrupted my rest, which I found quite bothersome.

Cleanliness impressed me a lot. The rooms were well-maintained, and the strong water pressure in the shower. I also appreciated the location since it was within a short walking distance from Gare du Nord. Breakfast options were reasonable for a continental style, though a greater variety would enhance the experience. One inconvenience was the size of the room. It felt a bit cramped, especially when trying to handle luggage. The staff were generally helpful but could have been more present during busy times for smoother service.

Front desk staff spoke excellent English and was friendly and efficient. Room comfortable, shower really nice, short walk to Gare du Nord in the morning.
Room a bit hot when I got in, had to switch the radiators off and open the window for a minute. Also couldn't find an electrical plug to charge my phone except the one for the tv (which I used but it was a bit strange!). Nothing serious.

A very decent, clean, "what you see is what you get" hotel. The hotel is extremely well located ( 3 min walking distance from Gare de l'Est) and 8 min from Gare du Nord). It was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and despite the low price, clients were decent. The only negative side is the absence of Wifi connectivity: not even given the possibility to purchase. They could simply contact any of the wifi network providers ( Amazingports.com for instance) and they could install it for them...
Thin walls and doors make the hotel a bit noisy at times when everybody gets back to the hotel room.

The location is a major plus with easy access to Gare de Nord and local cafes. Coffee aroma wafting through the morning makes for a pleasant wake-up call.
Room sizes are cramped, with limited space for luggage. Uncertainties regarding window security and noise from the street disrupt comfort.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Within sort walking distance for Gare du Nord and Gard d'est. And across the street from a covered market. The room was simple but clean. I have stayed at many hotels in Paris and this is the best deal in town.

The place was super clean and the breakfast spread was pretty solid. We really liked the unique cobblestone-patterned carpet, adds a nice touch. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Very close to Gare du Nord. Nice building close to markets too.
Service from staff a bit hurried.
